Graduate Building Surveyor - South London

The company now operates from four offices across the country, with an annual turnover of £22M. Hybrid office working is available, with opportunities to work between both of their Central London & South London branches.

 

The Role: My client is looking to bring in a highly motivated & ambitious Graduate Building Surveyor to their London team.

Ideally, they are looking for an individual with 2+ years industry experience, who is capable assisting the Senior members of staff with instructions & client management, ensuring all clients are provided with a high-quality building surveying service!

You will be part of a close nit team comprised of 15 specialists, working across a wide range of company sectors.

 

Job Location: South London

Head Count: 150+

Current Projects: Housing, Healthcare, Local Government, Education & Commercial

 

Requirements for the Graduate Building Surveyor:

  • Degree qualified – within a construction related discipline (must be RICS Accredited)

  • Excellent time management

  • Basic understanding of the needs and demands of clients and will to exceed their expectations

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills – both written and verbal

  • Able to prioritise workload, planning ahead as required

  • Strong IT skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
