Guy Dugdale
Guy is an experienced London based Consultant, with over seven years’ industry experience recruiting Project Management and Development Management professionals.
Guy has built strong client relationships with some of the UK’s top Property & Construction Consultancies of contrasting sizes. He also works directly client-side and with developers.
Prior to recruitment, Guy gained his Bachelors degree in Sports Journalism.

Callum Dugdale
Callum graduated with a Degree in Business Administration from Leeds Trinity University.
Upon graduating in 2019, Callum was fortunate enough to be offered several job opportunities and eventually decided to take up an offer from Marsh & Parsons as a Client Service Negotiator. With nearly three years experience within the Property industry Callum has decided to use his industry knowledge and apply it to a new skill, recruitment.
Callum originally joined Prosper Consulting as a Recruitment Consultant. However, Callum has since been promoted to Head of Surveying after a successful three years.

Rachel Newborough
Rachel recently joined Prosper Consulting to assist Guy with company operations. This includes: website content, marketing, bookkeeping, administration and invoicing.
Rachel has a Bachelors degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Leeds as well as a Masters degree in Business from Boston College, USA.
