About Us

Launched in 2020, Prosper Consulting is the product of a mission to create a ‘people first’ consultancy. Every candidate we place is with the aim of building long-lasting relationships that are built on trust.

How it began.

 

The pandemic began with our founder’s former recruitment company unfortunately closing down their London office and making everyone redundant in the process.

Despite the setback, Guy was determined to turn a bad situation into something positive.

Prosper Consulting was launched in March 2020 during the first lockdown in England. Guy spent the first 18 months sat working on a breakfast bar stool in the kitchen, re-shaping his spine for life!

Thankfully, we’ve relocated and now have a professional ‘work from home’ office space fitted out with a comfortable office chair and desk.

The companies in a healthy position, growing year on year - which has allowed us to begin hiring.

We’re now welcoming our first new starter who will be joining us in March 2022. They will be supporting Guy with Project Management whilst also covering Quantity Surveying.

Our Aim

Prosper Consulting strives to differentiate from the majority of recruitment consultancies by placing candidates with a long-term outlook. This is derived by ensuring both the client and candidates are matched based on the finest details. Not only is the candidates credentials and experience crucial but their ability to fit into our clients culture is equally important. For this reason we aim to meet all our candidates before putting them forward for a role. In our experience, this is particularly important in London’s construction industry. The industry is often described as a goldfish bowl, meaning our reputation is essential to the sustainability of the company.
