Assistant Project Manager – Central London (Liverpool Street)

The Role:  A well-established property & construction consultancy has a new requirement through on on-going expansion for a project management professional - although there is flexibility with the requirement.

You would be assisting on various challenging large schemes including prime residential, commercial and luxury hotels (both domestically & internationally.) Values across the three sectors range from £10M - £80M.

Job Location: Central London (Liverpool Street)

Head Count: 200+

Project Sectors: Commercial, Prime Residential & Luxury Hotels

 

Requirements for the Assistant Project Manager:

  • 1+ years’ UK property & construction experience (essential)

  • Delivery experience

  • Manage projects from inception to completion

  • Delivery of JCT forms of contract
