The Role: My client, a well-established independent property & construction consultancy have an immediate requirement for an Associate Director. Although, more experienced candidates at Director level are also encouraged to apply.

Client Quote: “We’re looking for someone that the junior members can look up to, who actively wants to get involved in mentoring and shaping their careers. They will need to marshal resources to allow the Partners to focus on other areas of the business. In addition, it’s crucial they’re ambitious and want to put themselves in a position to become a Partner.”

Job Location: Central London (Soho)

Head Count: 1,000+

Predominate Sectors: Commercial, Residential, Education & Healthcare

 

Requirements for the Associate Director:

  • 7+ years’ experience with a UK based property / construction consultancy (essential)

  • Experience of delivering projects in a range of sectors

  • Highly ambitious individual that wants to make Partner in the near future

  • Commercially minded

  • Able to mentor junior members of the team
