The Company: A world renowned independent construction and property consultancy formed over a 100 years ago, which works across all sectors of the built environment.

The Role: You would be delivering an £175M infrastructure project that supports 5,000 new homes being built in Buckinghamshire.

Which is due to be on site in eight weeks. It’s your job to manage the entire team with support from one of the equity partners.

 

Job Location: Buckinghamshire

Head Count: 1,000+

Project Sectors: Highways, Water, Roads & Waste Management

 

Requirements for the Associate Director:

  • Experience working for a UK based construction & property consultancy (essential)

  • 6+ years’ experience clearly demonstrated delivering infrastructure projects

  • Contract administration (NEC)

  • Experience of managing teams
