Associate Project Manager - East Sussex

The Company: A global, yet boutique consultancy that was originally formed over a 140 years ago which has been delivering projects within project management, programme management, development management, project controls & cost management to name just a few.

With over 10 offices throughout the UK, United States and Canada, they pride themselves on being ‘big enough to cope, but small enough to care.’

This role is based in their East Sussex office. However, you can choose to work in any of their southern offices and this can change on a daily/weekly basis – it’s your choice! Typically, employees are in the office two days a week with you choosing where to work for the rest (depending on your diary).

The Role: You will need to have a minimum six years ideally with a UK based property & construction consultancy working in at least one of the listed sectors below – with values ranging from £15M - £80M.

Whist having extensive delivery experience is essential, being enthusiastic to manage and mentor will be expected.

Project Sectors: Residential, Education, Local Authority, Commercial & Leisure

 

Requirements for the Associate Project Manager:

  • 6+ years’ UK property & construction consultancy experience (ideally)

  • Construction related Degree (or similar)

  • CIOB, RICS, or APM membership

  • Experience within at least one of the listed sectors above

  • Delivery experience

  • Managed projects from inception to completion

  • Delivery of JCT forms of contract
