The Role: Unique opportunity to join a thriving consultancy and work without supervision – reporting once a week to the Managing Director.

My client, a dynamic group Project Managers, Cost Consultants and Building Surveyors has several requirements across the business and are happy to speak with candidates from AD to Director.

You will deliver various challenging industrial (logistical), prime residential & commercial office projects, values ranging from £10M - £100M.

 

Director Quote: “We are not looking for work winners, although this wouldn’t be discounted – we just need experienced people to deliver projects without supervision.”

 

Job Location: Central London (Marylebone)

Head Count: 70+

Project Sectors: Prime Residential, Commercial Offices & Industrial

 

Requirements for the Director:

  • Experience working for a UK based Construction & Property Consultancy (essential)

  • Experience in one of the listed sectors above (preferable)

  • Able to work with minimal supervision

  • 7+ years’ experience clearly demonstrated delivering projects
