Alongside the Project Director, you would be one of five originally – with exciting plans to add another AD & PM in the near future. Your role would predominately be concentrating on delivery, whilst the PD focusses on growing the office. However, if you’re interested in BD this would be a bonus.
In this role you will be working alongside experienced colleagues as part of multiple cohesive teams, responsible for the delivery of Project Management services across a range of projects in various sectors through all phases of design, preconstruction, construction and project completion.

Requirements for the Project Manager:
Rounded experience (approximately 2+ years’) delivering significant projects through the full project life cycle in two or more of the following sectors (ideally):
Office & Corporate Occupiers
Health, Science & Education
Industrial, Manufacturing, Hi-Tech & Logistics
Residential
Experience performing the role of the Contract Administrator/Employers Agent under the relevant building contracts
BA/BSc/MA/MEng degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Real Estate Development, Architecture or a related engineering field preferred but not essential
Professional accreditation (or working towards) with industry related professional body (RICS, CIOB, APM etc)
Good knowledge of the construction industry and technical matters such as procurement and managing financial elements of a project
Advanced communicator and presenter, able to understand clients' specific needs, tailoring advice and communications as required
Confident managing the day-to-day delivery and strategic direction of commissions. Delegating tasks whilst meeting deadlines, ensuring work and projects are running in line with expectations
Adept at problem-solving and a drive to overcome obstacles to obtain positive results for clients, exceeding expectations
Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel and Word etc
