Project Manager - Cambridgeshire

The Role: Brand new opportunity to join a modern, up and coming property & construction consultancy in Cambridgeshire. My client is looking for a highly motivated Project Manager to be the latest addition to what is becoming a growing and expanding team.

Specialising in delivering stylish and luxurious care homes and residential projects, this role offers a unique opportunity for the right induvial to develop and gain unrivalled exposure whilst working on exciting schemes!

The company was set up by two chartered surveyors with over 30 years in house industry experience. They both shared a real passion for helping clients through improving the development of their projects.

Job Location: Cambridge

Project Sectors: Luxury Care Homes & Residential

 

Requirements for the Project Manager:

  • 2+ years previous experience working for UK based property & construction consultancy

  • Ideally educated to degree or equivalent level in Project Management or a related field

  • Membership of a chartered institute (or working towards) in the construction industry (e.g. RICS, CIBSE, CIOB)

  • Track record of successful project budgetary management cost reporting and cost control through the project lifecycle on projects of varying sizes and complexity

  • In-depth knowledge of construction contract management including standard forms of contract and procurement options

  • Excellent communication skills
