The Role: My client continues to keep winning substantial amounts of work despite these challenging and uncertain times.

After recruiting three new Project Managers (various levels) in the last six months purely through expansion. As of this week, have now been given the green light to add to their growing London team.

The ideal candidate will work on various projects with a value ranging between £2M-£5M.

Start Date: March/April

Job Location: Central London (Liverpool Street)

Head Count: 200+

Project Sectors: Commercial, Residential, Education & Healthcare

 

Requirements for the Project Manager:

  • 3+ years UK property & construction experience (essential)

  • Experience of all RIBA stages 0-7

  • Educated to a Degree or equivalent level in a relevant field

  • Delivery of JCT forms of contract
