Project Manager - Central London (Mayfair)
The Client: An established, independent construction consultancy with well over 50 years’ experience delivering project management and cost management services to their clients.
Developing a fantastic reputation as a reliable consultancy for delivering various challenging construction schemes within prime residential, commercial, heritage and education (private schools).
They pride themselves on being a flexible and personable consultancy. As one of their directors put it: “a chance to get out of the corporate world”.
Which is demonstrated through their annual company holiday, last year they went to Barcelona - this year will be Budapest!
They are also typically in the office 2-3 days a week. You are trusted to manage your own diary.
The Role: As Project Manager, you will work on various projects across London and the surrounding areas. Including, Kent, Blackheath, Southwark, Guildford, Canning Town, Kingston, Hackney & Hampstead.
Projects will be within arts & culture, museums, residential (both prime & affordable), private schools & commercial offices. Values range between £3M - £25M (heritage) and £5M - £60M (residential).

Requirements for the Project Manager:
2+ years’ experience with a UK based property / construction consultancy
Ideally chartered or ambition to become so (MRICS OR MCIOB)
JCT Contract Administration
Experience in one of their listed sectors
