Project Manager - Central London (Southwark)

The Role: Exciting times with this growing consultancy. With 13 years of successful projects, they are now looking to expand with up to four positions available within the project management teams at various levels and disciplines.

The company is in a healthy position. Owning three offices currently occupying one and leasing two.

You would be working on various education and public-sector schemes through-out the whole project life-cycle – typically ranging in value from £1M-£10M.

They are clear that their continued success is down to a lot of hard work but also a togetherness and trust across the business. Which enables you to take full ownership of your projects.

However, despite working hard they know how to let off steam! You can expect to go on numerous trips every year. Including, eating at Michelin star restaurants, playing golf, driving at Mercedes World (they book out the whole venue) and private boxes for sporting events at Lords & Wembley!

In addition, appraisals, and bonuses (which can be highly lucrative) are conducted twice a year!

Requirements for the Project Manager:

  • 2+ years’ experience working for a UK based property & construction company

  • Ideally educated to degree or equivalent level in Project Management/Quantity Surveying or a related field

  • Proven track record of delivering projects from inception to completion

  • JCT Contract Administration

  • Positive and ambitious individual
