Project Manager - Central London (Spitalfields)

The Role: Great chance for a skilled Project Manager with over two years’ experience delivering projects to join a leading property & construction consultancy.

You must be able to run multiple residential and healthcare projects from £1M to £10M -independently and work with Director Lead on jobs to £30M. Sites in London and Home Counties mostly.

Requirements for the Project Manager:

• Experience working for a UK based Construction or Property Consultancy (essential)

• Residential OR healthcare experience (ideally)

• Contract Administration (JCT)

• 3+ years’ experience clearly demonstrated delivering projects
