The Role: Exciting opportunity to join an independent, employee-owned business as a Senior Project Manager on various challenging schemes.

Ideally, you will have 4+ years’ experience delivering projects with a value of £5M or more from inception to completion in various sectors.

If not completed already, you’ll have a strong desire to gain chartership – all personal development is fully supported and funded.

This requirement is due to on-going expansion.

Job Location: Central London (Angel)

Start Date: ASAP

Head Count: 75+

Predominate Sectors: Residential, Labs, Commercial, Hotels & Education

 

Requirements for the Senior Project Manager:

  • 4+ years’ experience with a UK based property & construction consultancy (essential)

  • Experience of all RIBA stages 0-7 (essential)

  • Educated to a degree or equivalent level in a relevant field

  • Must be an ambitious individual keen to gain chartership
