Requirements for the Senior Project Manager:

  • 4+ years’ experience with a UK based property & construction consultancy

  • Experience of either JCT OR NEC Contracts

  • Organised individual, keep on top of their admin (actions, tracking, practical completion and risks etc)

  • Educated to a Degree or equivalent level in a relevant field
