The Role: Up to three positions available for Project Managers at various levels to work for an established Multi-disciplined Consultancy on large heritage schemes across London.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a thorough understanding of operation and administration of PSC agreements e.g. NEC3 / CIC / JCT and experience of various forms of construction procurement with knowledge of their pros and cons.

You should be able to demonstrate relevant experience in design and commercial management and have excellent communication skills.

The role will involve close liaison with Project Directors and multi-disciplinary design teams to deliver high profile projects. Taking a pivotal role in project delivery from day one, you will be in a key position to drive the performance of the projects in the London studio.

Depending on the client’s requirements, remote / flexible working is encouraged within the company.

Requirements for the Senior Project Manager:

  • 5+ years’ experience working for a UK based construction / property consultancy

  • Heritage experience (preferable)

  • Contract Administration (NEC OR JCT)

  • Mathematical and commercial literacy a strength

  • Understanding scope of works / risk & quality management

  • Excellent written, graphical and verbal communication skills
