The Role: Unique opportunity to join a thriving consultancy and work without supervision – reporting once a week to the Director.

My client, a dynamic group Project Managers, Cost Consultants and Building Surveyors has several requirements across the business and are happy to speak with candidates from Senior PM to Director.

You will deliver various challenging logistical projects (warehouses) across the M4 and M6 corridor, values ranging from £10M - £100M.

Director Quote: “We are not looking for work winners, although this wouldn’t be discounted – we just need experienced people to deliver projects without supervision.”

Job Location: Central London (Marylebone)

Head Count: 60+

Project Sectors: Industrial, warehouses and logistics

 

Requirements for the Senior Project Manager:

  • Experience working for a UK based Construction & Property Consultancy (essential)

  • Industrial experience (preferable)

  • Able to work with minimal supervision

  • 4+ years’ experience clearly demonstrated delivering projects
