Senior Project Manager - Kings Cross London

The Role:

Up to three positions are available for Project Managers at various levels to work for an established Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy on large heritage & healthcare schemes within London. To be considered, applicants MUST have experience with NEC Contracts and previously have been responsible for managing teams of designers, architects or engineers. Depending on the client’s requirements, remote/flexible working is encouraged within the company.

Predominate Sectors: Heritage, Healthcare & Commercial

Requirements for the Senior Project Manager:

 Experience working for a UK based Construction or Property Consultancy (Essential)

 Heritage OR Healthcare experience

 Contract Administration (NEC)

 5+ years’ experience clearly demonstrated delivering projects

 Understanding scope of works / risk & quality management
