Senior Project Manager - South West London
The Role:
My client, a recently established high end Property & Construction Consultancy has an immediate requirement for a Senior Project Manager. However, they will consider less experienced candidates with anything from three years’ experience.
This role is heavily client focussed, so a strong background there is essential along with experience of CAT A & B projects – ideally high end.
Whilst this opportunity is based out of their South West London office, there is extensive flexibility.
Pre-Covid, as a company there was no requirement to be in the office. However, there are international projects in Europe. So occasional travel will be expected, but ultimately this is your decision.
The Company: Formed just over three years ago, they have seen their team impressively grow from 5 to 20. Including six new additions since Covid. They have assembled a group of highly experienced and qualified professionals, with further growth planned.

Requirements for the Senior Project Manager:
Experience working for a UK based Construction or Property Consultancy
3+ years’ experience clearly demonstrated delivering projects
MRICS OR MCIOB qualified (ideally)
CAT A & B experience
Experience of high-end projects in client facing roles
