The Role: They are looking for a highly motivated & experienced individual to join their team. They are flexible and have a hybrid working approach of two days per week in the office required! You may be expected to work at their other offices from time to time as the company's workload demands.
You would be working across all sectors & must be capable working on & managing multiple projects, with values ranging between £1M - £200M.
Key Responsibilities:
Implementation & management of commercial, cost & contract management activities, systems and processes in accordance with the service scope set out within the terms of engagement
Managing and enhancing existing client relationships and forming new client relationships and business development
Embedding and promoting the values of the company and acting as a role model
Contribute to the strategic growth and implementation of appropriate tools to develop the business
Engage with Account Directors, and other key stakeholders to promote and present commercial, cost and contract management services as part of an integrated approach
Conducting cost feasibility studies and writing procurement reports
Managing, estimating and cost planning activities to include taking ownership of and presenting the final cost plan
Ensuring that post-contract cost variances and change control processes are managed effectively
Ensuring the production of monthly post-contract cost reports and presenting them to the client
Interfacing with clients and other consultants, at all project stages

Requirements for the Associate Director:
Degree qualified – within a construction-related discipline
Membership of a chartered institute in the construction industry (e.g. RICS, CIBSE, CIOB)
Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment.
Have excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate sufficient English knowledge both written and spoken
To be a driven and solutions focused individual
Work well with colleagues to construct bids for new work (strategic pursuits and single project bids)
Experience leading or attending client interviews with colleagues
Identifying and acting upon opportunities to improve cost management procedures, templates and products and hence improve the service provided to clients
Identifying and acting upon cross-selling opportunities
Taking responsibility for developing new business opportunities with existing and new clients.
Be confident in using MS Office, particularly Teams and SharePoint
