Director (QS) - Central London (Westminster)

The Role: They are looking for an experienced Director to be the latest addition to their London Surveying team & branch!
The ideal candidate will be exceptionally experienced working within and managing a team of results driven professionals across all different roles.
Whilst taking a lead role in project delivery, you will be reporting to the Salaried Partners of the business, working on challenging schemes within the high-end residential, commercial & industrial sectors.
You will primarily be based at their London branch; however, there is opportunity to also balance your time between their Northwest offices.
Project values typically range from £10M - £100M.

Requirements for the (QS) Director:
Quantity Surveying Degree awarded by a UK university and accredited by the RICS
Chartered with a minimum of four years post qualification experience
Demonstrable experience within the relevant company sectors
Experience in developing & nurturing talent
Significant track record leading & managing teams on high value projects
