The Role: They are proud to announce a new latest requirement to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to play a key part to their London Quantity Surveying department!

They are looking for someone to support and enhance the business growth plans, providing high calibre professional advice to key clients, being part of a flexible and very supportive environment, with great opportunities for career progression!

You will be required to help deliver and support the growth of the cost consultancy service line in London and the South East, working on a wide and varied range of projects in a commercial environment.

 

Job Location: Central London (Holborn)

Head Count: 220+

Current Projects: Office, Retail, Education, Leisure, Mixed-Use, Residential, Industrial & Commercial

 

Requirements for the Quantity Surveyor:

  • Previous experience working for UK based property & construction consultancy

  • Ideally educated to degree or equivalent level in Quantity Surveying or a related field

  • Membership of a chartered institute (or working towards) in the construction industry (e.g. RICS, CIBSE, CIOB)

  • Track record of successful project budgetary management cost reporting and cost control through the project lifecycle on projects of varying sizes and complexity

  • In-depth knowledge of construction contract management including standard forms of contract and procurement options

  • Excellent communication skills
