Quantity Surveyor - South East London

The company operates from four offices across the country, with an annual turnover of £22M. Hybrid office working is available, with opportunities to work between both their Central London & Southeast London branches.
The Role: They are looking for an energetic and driven Quantity Surveyor to assist in the delivery of a range of projects!
You’ll find yourself working as part of a young, growing and enthusiastic team. This role will provide the opportunity to work on a vast array of projects including residential refurbishment, new build, Bluelight, healthcare and public buildings well as genuine opportunities for career progression.

Flexible working is also offered, with just 2-3 days per week office commitments required!

Requirements for the Quantity Surveyor:
Degree qualified – within a construction related discipline
Should have experience of a variety of construction projects within both the public and private sectors; familiarity with healthcare, education, housing refurbishment (including re-cladding), mixed use new build residential developments would be advantageous.
Knowledge of all aspects of Quantity Surveying including both pre and post contract related duties.
Excellent time management
Understanding of the needs and demands of clients and will to exceed their expectations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – both written and verbal
Able to prioritise workload, planning ahead as required
Able to work individually or in a team
Strong IT skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
