Senior Cost Manager - Central London (Victoria)

The Company: An independently owned, specialist boutique consultancy located in the heart of Victoria!

Both of the company Directors decided to take a step away from the large companies, with the ambition to create a business that was personable & be able to offer exceptional client care & attention. As a result, they will be capping the business at 50 employees - and believe me they will get there!

International projects have taken them to France, Luxemburg, Asia & they even have a small remote team in Europe.

The Role: They work across a variety of sectors including commercial office refurbishments and occupier fit outs; high end residential fit out refurbishments, hotel fit outs and specialist healthcare fit outs, with project values ranging from £1m - £20m.

You would be reporting to their Head of Cost Management, assisting carrying out the day-to-day management & lead on the project delivery.

They aspire to build & maintain an inclusive environment where everyone’s opinions matter, so it’s important for you to share the same ambition to be part of something more!

Up to four days a week office commitment would be required.
