Assistant Building Surveyor - Central London (Euston)
The Company: An award winning, independent Chartered Building Surveying and Project Management practice!
First formed over 30 years ago, the company has consistently performed well & now operates from two branches across the South of England.
They believe the culture & people of the business is what makes them stand out. They pride themselves on being a personable place, where you get to know all your colleagues & their families.
They are also a social bunch. Last year the whole company went away to the Down Hall hotel for the weekend - families included!
Other social occasions include quarterly team/office social nights out, plus summer BBQ’s on the terrace of their Lonon branch!
Flexible working is offered. However, they do like to have people in the office around three to four times per week.
Providing the right support & having a good culture is important to them! Their office is all open plan with the Directors/Partners actively working within the teams.
The Role: They are looking to bring in a new talented Assistant Building Surveyor to join their growing Central London team!
The ideal candidate will have between 1-3 years of experience & be confident in taking an immediate hands-on role in delivering an excellent service to the clients of the business.

Your work will consist of a variety of Dilapidations, Party Wall & Neighbourly Matters, Pre-Acquisition Surveys, Building Condition Surveys, Defects, Dispute Resolution & Expert Reports, Planned Preventable Maintenance & Reinstatement Cost Assessments.
