Associate Director (BS) - Central London (Barbican)

The company was founded in back in 1999 by a group of surveyors and has since grown from strength to strength now operating out of five offices across the UK!
They advise investors, developers, occupiers and owners on commercial property and construction. Services include construction consultancy, building surveying, dilapidations and cost consultancy, covering a range of sectors including retail, industrial and offices.
The Role: They are looking for a highly driven Associate Director who can take on an active role in driving business development and growth. You will also be responsible for providing a wide range of Building Surveying disciplines in a commercial environment.
You will need to confident in providing excellent and professional building surveying to clients, including; building inspections, acquisition surveys, dilapidations, contract administration, maintenance and refurbishment projects, schedules of condition, party wall awards.
The ideal candidate will also be confident in giving advice and guidance to colleagues to ensure targets are achieved & contribute to a team environment ensuring everyone is committed to service delivery and client satisfaction.
Hybrid working is offered with just 1-2 days a week office commitment required.

Requirements for the Associate Director (BS):
Provide excellent and professional building surveying to clients, including; building inspections, acquisition surveys, dilapidations, contract administration, maintenance and refurbishment projects, schedules of condition, party wall awards
Play an instrumental role in winning new work and developing business opportunities
Develop and maintain client relationships providing a premier service to win new and repeat business across the whole range of commercial and building surveying service
Contribute to a team environment ensuring everyone is committed to service delivery and client satisfaction
Advise and guide colleagues to ensure targets are achieved
Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development
Prepare and submit relevant administration in a timely and accurate manner, for example timesheets, expenses, database applications etc
Adhere to procedures relating to the proper use and care of equipment and materials for which the role has responsibility
Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to health and safety, and quality management
