The Role: My client, one of the UK’s industry leading property & construction consultancies have a latest exciting requirement to add a chartered and commercially minded Building Surveyor to their team!

Founded back in 1999 by a group of surveyors, the company has since grown from strength to strength, now operating across five offices nationwide!

You would be working within a team of highly experienced and trained individuals, responsible for providing a full service to the clients of the business across residential & commercial projects, as well as giving support and advice to other members of the department.

Ideally, they need a good all-rounder, a safe pair of hands!

Hybrid working is offered with just 1-2 days a week office commitment required. Fully remote is available, providing your work backs this up.

 

Office Location: Central London (Blackfriars)

Start Date: ASAP

Head Count: 80+

Project Sectors: Residential & Commercial

 

Requirements for the Building Surveyor:

  • Degree qualified – within a construction related discipline

  • Membership of RICS

  • Experience of dealing with and providing advice on a range of building surveying related matters

  • Understanding of the needs and demands of clients and will to exceed their expectations

  • Commercially aware

  • Able to prioritise workload, planning ahead as required

  • Confident communicator both verbally and in writing

  • Able to work individually or in a team

  • Fee target achievement

  • Good business development skills
