Graduate Building Surveyor - South East London (Greenwich)

The Company: An award winning multi-disciplinary Property & Construction Consultancy, comprised of professional Chartered Surveyors and Construction Consultants, working collaboratively within the residential, commercial, education and leisure sectors!

Located in South-East London, the office has excellent public transport links, with the Elizabeth line & overground just a few minutes’ walk from the office!

Whilst working hard, you can expect to have at least two large social events every year, typically in Spring and Christmas! This is usually held in a bar or restaurant in Central London; drinks and food are included, giving everyone a chance to come together to socialise. There are also other gatherings in smaller teams throughout the year.

The Role: Due to an increasing pipeline, they are excited to announce this latest requirement to add a Graduate Building Surveyor to the team!

Your primary focus will be working on Residential projects, but you will also still work across a range of sectors, so don’t worry there’s still plenty of exposure. You’ll also be working closely with the Senior members & also the Directors that are on hand to offer daily guidance and training.

The office is located over two floors with an open plan layout, meaning any questions or help you need is just a quick swivel of your chair away!
