Assistant Project Manager - Central London (Holborn)

The Role: Effectively, my client is making a concerted effort to grow their project management team after years of being a highly successful cost consultancy.
There are at least two vacancies within the PM team now, with plans to add a further five later in year - they see the PM division as the long-term future of the business.
You would be reporting to the Head of PM and joining a team of four PM’s, with the rest of the business made up of QS’s.
They maintain their reputation as a force to be reckoned with as they continue to win new work through repeat business.
You would be working on a variety of challenging London based projects offering unrivalled exposure and responsibility.
Including, data centres (£750M), commercial offices (cut & carve, £10M), residential towers (£30M) and commercial warehouses (£50M).

Requirements for the Assistant Project Manager:
Limited experience delivering projects at any stage in the project life cycle in one of the above sectors not essential
BA/BSc/MA/MEng degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Real Estate Development, Architecture or a related engineering field preferred but not essential
Prior experience working in a client focused, consultancy-based environment preferred but not essential
Excellent organisation and communication skills
Ability to prioritise work efficiently & work to deadlines
