The Role: My client, an established project management and development consultancy firm providing advice to occupiers, developers and institutional investors across a variety of sectors including logistics & industrial, offices, student accommodation and residential - are keen to meet both Assistant Project Managers & graduates.

Responsibilities for the Assistant Project Manager:
Assisting on the delivery of projects of scale. This will include but is not limited to:
Assisting the pre-purchase technical due diligence process;
Assisting the post-acquisition period of the project, assisting the technical team through a series of gateways covering the RIBA stages 1-4.
Assisting the technical team through the construction phase and post construction phases of the project.
Value of projects typically range from £20million to £50million and exceptionally up to £100million.
Representing the company in a professional manner and developing strong working relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

Managing clients’ expectations.
Requirements for the Assistant Project Manager:
1+ years PQE (ideally).
Industrial development experience, Private Rented Sector/Build to Rent or Data Centre experience would be advantageous.
Willingness to progress learning.
Ability to analyse quantitative data.
MRICS or driven to work towards qualification through RICS/CIOB.
Confident individual with a professional attitude.
Good presentation and communication skills.
A team player with a proactive and flexible approach.
Bringing an attitude of collaboration, willingness to work strategically but recognising that the devil is in the detail - a completer finisher.
