Assistant Project Manager - West Kent
The Role: Chance to work three days a week from home and two in the office with a highly flexible Property & Construction Consultancy in their West Kent branch. The ideal candidate will have experience in Project Management, or EA/Contract Administration, and delivering residential projects principally working hands-on for public and private sector clients. You’ll need to understand construction cost and value of pre and post contract from RIBA 0 – 7. Ideally have a knowledge of public procurement approaches and experience of current and innovative procurement routes, value management and value engineering. In addition, you will need the ability to travel to projects based across London and the South East.

Requirements for the Assistant Project Manager:
Experience working for a UK based Construction or Property Consultancy (essential)
1+ years’ experience clearly demonstrated delivering projects
Employers Agent experience (ideally)
Contract Administration (JCT)
