Associate Project Manager - Covent Garden

An established Property & Construction Consultancy are on the lookout for an experienced candidate who is looking to take their career to the next level despite the challenging current climate.

Whilst there is flexible working the successful Associate Project Manager will be based out of their Central London office, which is a 5-minute walk from Covent Garden and will be travelling to multiple projects across London.

Our client is open to your previous sector experience; however, commercial experience would be advantageous.

As an Associate Project Manager, you will be expected to have the following skills & experience:

 Previous experience with a UK Property / Construction Consultancy (essential)

 Commercial experience (ideally)

 Experience of all RIBA stages

 5-10 years’ experience in a Project Management role

 Delivery of NEC and JCT forms of contract

 Contract Administration
