The Role: My client, a well-established independent property & construction consultancy have an immediate requirement for an Associate Director. Although, more experienced candidates at Director level are also encouraged to apply providing you have healthcare experience.

You will be working on a £500M hospital in London currently at RIBA stage two. Experience of leading design teams and managing town planning applications would be advantageous – as well as new build NHS experience.

There will be significant remote working with the role.

Office Location: Central London (Soho)

Head Count: 1,000+

Project Sector: Healthcare

 

Requirements for the Associate Director:

  • 7+ years’ experience with a UK based property / construction consultancy (essential)

  • Experience of delivering projects in healthcare (essential)

  • NEC Contracts experience

  • Highly ambitious individual that wants to make Partner in the near future
