The Role: Great opportunity for either a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager with 3+ years’ experience to join a mid-sized property & construction consultancy, where you will be seconded directly to the client for one year.

This will be a fixed-term contract initially, which will likely be extended or made permanent afterwards with the consultancy.

You will work on construction projects typically ranging in value from £3M-£15M. The ideal candidate will also have experience within large commercial and scientific projects, although this is not essential.

Requirements for the Project Manager:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent in an engineering or construction discipline

  • Chartered status of an appropriate professional body, e.g. RICS, CIOB etc

  • Three or more years’ experience of delivering construction projects

  • Experience working in a large commercial or scientific environment

  • Experience of projects from RIBA 1 – 6
