The Role: My client, a global independent property & construction consultancy have an immediate requirement for an Associate Director. Although, more experienced candidates at Director level are also encouraged to apply providing you have the following experience for a large build to rent scheme in Central London.

Ideally, you will have commercial delivery experience and come from a consulting PM background – maybe Employer’s Agent experience but not essential. If you have a PM consultancy background with delivery experience – my client believes you are likely to have most of the things they are looking for.

However, it probably needs someone with commercial development experience rather than public sector.

Office Location: Central London (Soho)

Head Count: 1,000+

Project Sector: Build to Rent

 

Requirements for the Associate Director:

  • 7+ years’ experience with a UK based property / construction consultancy (essential)

  • Experience of delivering large projects

  • EA experience (not essential)

  • Highly ambitious individual that wants to make Partner in the near future
