Associate Director (Project Management) - Oxfordshire
The Role: Would you like to join a highly established and well-respected company as they open a brand-new Oxfordshire office?
It would effectively be like joining a start-up, you would be one of three initially. Therefore, the responsibility and exposure would be unrivalled.
The company is an independent, employee-owned business of project managers looking to further grow their life sciences department of the consultancy.
Projects would be within R&D facilities, labs, pharmacies & end user fitouts.
Whilst there is a focus on life sciences, you would still be working on projects in the various other sectors such as, high-end residential/hotels, commercial offices & mixed-use.
Ideally, you will need previous experience within life sciences at AD level.
Flexible and remote working is encouraged across the business. Therefore, you would be in the office three days a week – working the rest remotely.

Requirements for the Associate Director:
Experience working for a UK based construction / property consultancy
Life sciences experience (preferably)
Experience managing teams & mentoring
Experience of all RIBA stages 0-7 (essential)
Educated to a degree or equivalent level in a relevant field
