Project Manager - Oxfordshire

The Role: Exiting opportunity be part of a brand-new office start up within a highly established independent employee-owned consultancy.

With over 35 years’ of delivering successful projects both in the UK and internationally, this client is looking ahead to the future by opening a fourth office in Oxfordshire!

This company is a healthy position and is looking to recruit a new Project Manager to come in and be part of the initial team of three. The right individual will have the chance to gain real exposure and have increased responsibility as the office grows.  

You would be working within the companies Life Sciences, High-End Residential/Hotels, Commercial Offices & Mixed-Use sectors - with a focus working on projects in Life Sciences.

Flexible working is still offered throughout the company however a three-day office commitment is required with the rest of the week remotely.

Job Location: Oxfordshire

 

Start Date: ASAP

 

Head Count: 75+

 

Project Sectors: Life Sciences, High-End Residential/Hotels, Commercial Offices & Mixed-Use

 

Requirements for the Project Manager:

  • Experience working for a UK based construction / property consultancy (essential)

  • Life sciences experience (not essential)

  • Experience of all RIBA stages

  • Educated to a degree or equivalent level in a relevant field
