Senior Project Manager - Central London (Liverpool Street)

The Role: My client, a mid-sized property & construction consultancy are looking for an eager, self-sufficient Senior Project Manager to come in and manage their projects from start to finish.

You would be working across a variety of sectors with a focus on Luxury Hotels, High end Residential & Commercial Offices with project values ranging from £10M - £100M.

With five offices across the United Kingdom and even America & Canada, this company offers a unique opportunity to work on international projects for those who are interested.

Support is offered. However, it is important you can deliver projects in various sectors with little supervision.

Flexible working is offered with 2-3 days a week required in the office.

Job Location: Central London (Liverpool Street)

Start Date: ASAP

Head Count: 200+

Project Sectors: Luxury Hotels, High end Residential & Commercial Offices

 

Requirements for the Senior Project Manager:

  • 5-10 years’ UK property & construction experience (essential)

  • Delivery experience

  • Manage projects from inception to completion

  • Delivery of JCT forms of contract
