Associate Project Manager – Liverpool Street

An award-winning construction and property consultancy are on the lookout for an experienced candidate who is looking to take their career to the next level. The successful Associate Project Manager will be based out of their office, which is a 5-minute walk from Liverpool Street Station and be travelling to multiple projects in London.

Our client’s upcoming portfolio includes 2 large mixed-use schemes (£50m commercial & retail) and a number of residential projects (luxury retirement village, country refurbishment development, 2 high end residential builds), all valued between £15M - £20M.

As an Associate Project Manager, you will be expected to have the following skills & experience:

• Contract Administration -  delivery of NEC and JCT forms of contract

• Manage projects from inception to completion

• 5-10 years’ experience in a Project Management role

• Previous experience within a UK based Construction & Property Consultancy
