Associate Project Manager - East Midlands

The Role: Due to on-going expansion, my client needs an experienced Project Management professional (5+ years), with a proven track record of delivering schemes for Developers and Healthcare Providers.

The Company: A small to mid-sized Construction & Property Consultancy, with a modern / flexible approach to work. Offices in Central London and East Midlands.

Job Location: East Midlands

Head Count: 32

Predominate Sectors: Multi-room project delivery, care homes, care villages, extra-care, hotels and student accommodation.

Requirements for the Associate Project Manager:

 Experience working for a UK based Construction or Property Consultancy (essential)

 Contract Administration (JCT)

 Employers Agent experience

 5+ years’ experience clearly demonstrated delivering projects
