Development Manager - Central London (London Bridge)

The Role: Unique opportunity for a driven, committed and passionate individual to join a well-established consultancy that specialises in venues and mega sporting events worldwide.

This boutique company, which boasts their own in-house design studio actively encourage personality, character and identity.

The ideal candidate will have extensive front-end experience and be able to realise a commercially viable project / business for the client long-term.

Stadia experience is preferable. However, applicants with mixed-use, high-end hotels or leisure will be considered (providing you have the above).

Whilst some of these projects are across the globe, international travel is voluntary. Flexible and remote working is actively encouraged across the company, you would only be required in their London office 2-3 days a week.

Requirements for the Development Manager:

  • 4+ years’ experience working for a UK based construction / property consultancy or client-side

  • Extensive front-end experience

  • Commercially minded individual with personality & character

  • Preferable but not essential, experience of stadia sector
