The Role: My client, a personable mid-sized consultancy that has made no redundancies over the last 12 months and with no-one currently on Furlough has an immediate requirement for a Project Manager - this position is purely through expansion.

You will work on various residential and healthcare (doctors’ surgeries) schemes across the region.

There is no current requirement to be in the office, post Covid will involve a balance between the office and remote working.

Job Location: East Sussex

Start Date: ASAP

Head Count: 150+

Project Sectors: Residential & Healthcare (Surgeries)

 

Requirements for the Project Manager:

  • 4+ years’ experience with a UK based property / construction consultancy OR client side (essential)

  • Residential or Employers Agent experience (advantageous)

  • Experience of all RIBA stages 0-7

  • Educated to a degree or equivalent level in a relevant field
