The Role: Chance to join an established consultancy and work on various healthcare projects with clients mainly across the South East of England but also London.

My client would like to hear from you if you have two years’ experience delivering healthcare projects and have either JCT or NEC contracts experience.

More experienced candidates are welcome to apply and the salary is highly negotiable depending on experience.

Requirements for the Project Manager:

  • 2+ years’ experience with a UK based property & construction consultancy (essential)

  • Healthcare experience

  • Experience of JCT & NEC Contracts

  • Experience of all RIBA stages 0-7

  • Educated to a Degree or equivalent level in a relevant field
