Project Manager – Reading

Uniquely, they work across 10 disciplines. Including Project Management, Architecture, Civil & Structural Engineering, Cost Management, Building Surveying, Masterplanning & Urban Design to name a few! With roughly 15 people in each area.
Flexible working is actively encouraged across the business. Typically, you would be in the office two days a week.
The Role: Whilst you will work across a whole range of challenging sectors. The immediate requirements are within healthcare & education – across Oxfordshire, Berkshire & Wiltshire.
Extensive pre- and post-contract experience is required, as well as knowledge and experience of working with local authorities and healthcare Trusts. Some UK travel may be required as part of this role.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be involved in the mentoring of colleagues, work with graduates and trainees, and contribute to their established APC training programme.

Requirements for the Project Manager:
Experience working for a UK based Property & Construction Consultancy (essential)
Education OR healthcare experience (ideally)
Contract Administration (JCT OR NEC)
3+ years’ experience clearly demonstrated delivering projects
