You would be working on various data centre projects across London including a £300M+ project currently in design phase. Strong people needed for their technical team, ideally with building services background.

 

Office Location: Central London (Soho)

Head Count: 1,000+

Project Sectors: Data Centres

 

Requirements for the Technical Project Manager:

  • 3+ years’ experience with a UK based property / construction consultancy (essential)

  • Experience of delivering projects (any value) from inception to completion

  • NEC OR JCT Contract Administration

  • Building Services background
