Project Manager - South West London (Twickenham)

The Role: My client, through expansion has an immediate requirement for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing consultancy in South West London.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years behind them and have Employers Agent experience. A cost management background before progressing into project management would be advantageous.

You need to be within commuting distance (1-hour max) of their office and have a full driving licence, preferably own vehicle too.

Experience in residential/affordable homes is not essential but preferable. Excellent spoken and written (especially report writing) skills are essential.

Job Location: South West London (Twickenham)

Requirements for the Project Manager:

  • 4+ years’ experience working for a UK based construction / property consultancy

  • Employers Agent experience

  • Pre-construction & tenders experience 

  • Cost Management background (ideally)

  • Contract Administration (NEC OR JCT)

  • Excellent written, graphical and verbal communication skills
