The Role: My client, a well-established independent property & construction consultancy have an immediate requirement for an experienced project management professional. Although, less and more experienced candidates are welcome to apply (Project Manager & Associate Project Manager etc).

You will be working on various projects which include, a town centre redevelopment (£300M), residential refurbishments (£7M) and a large heritage project (£200M).

Job Location: Central London (Soho)

Head Count: 1,000+

Project Sectors: Mixed-Use, Residential & Heritage

 

Requirements for the Senior Project Manager:

  • Experience working for a UK based construction & property Consultancy (essential)

  • Heritage experience (preferable but not essential)

  • 5+ years’ experience clearly demonstrated delivering projects

  • Experience of dealing with challenging clients / developers
