Senior Project Manager - East Sussex

The Role: A leading Property & Construction Consultancy require the expertise of an experienced Senior Project Manager within healthcare. The ideal candidate must have NEC Contract experience and preferably be an NEC Accredited Project Manager who’s worked on major hospitals. The Senior Project Manager will work on Phase 1, which is a 59,000m2 hospital build that is halfway through completion. My client has been appointed to help fix the problems and close out. Phase 2 & 3 are a 29,000m2 build which will follow Phase 1, currently in design stage.

Requirements for the Senior Project Manager:

 Experience working for a UK based Construction or Property Consultancy (essential)

 Healthcare experience (essential)

 Major hospitals experience (ideally)

 NEC Accredited Project Manager (ideally)

 Contract Administration (NEC)

 5+ years’ experience clearly demonstrated delivering projects
