Associate Director (QS) - Central London (Barbican)

The Role: My client is looking for a driven Associate Director that is confident in providing an exceptional service to their clients.

Reporting directly to the Directors & Founding Partners, you will be overseeing projects & leading a team comprised of 50 Quantity Surveying professionals, providing cost management services for residential developments across the UK.

In this role, you will work closely with clients and project teams, offering expert guidance and support throughout the project, from the acquisition phase to practical completion.

Their projects cover a range of sectors including build to rent, later living, affordable housing, private for sale, student accommodation, hotels, strategic land, high rise, master planning and regeneration. Whilst they are residential led, projects tend to include mixed use elements of amenities, commercial, retail and leisure.

 

Job Location: Central London (Barbican)

Head Count: 90+

Project Sectors: Prime Residential, Large-Scale Build to Rent & Masterplans

 

 Requirements for the Associate Director:

  • Quantity Surveying Degree awarded by a UK university and accredited by the RICS

  • Chartered with a minimum of four years post qualification experience

  • Previous eight years’ experience working in the UK construction industry

  • Significant track record of leading teams on Residential projects

  • Skilled in developing Client & other project relationships

  • Experience in developing & nurturing talent

  • Demonstrable passion for & understanding of the Real Estate & Construction Industry
